How to book?

There are two ways to book this experience.

Booking as a gift? You can purchase a gift voucher online and send to the recipient. Once they have the gift voucher they can then book online with their voucher code at check out to redeem the experience. When booking online it will show all the available dates and times for their experience.

Booking as normal? Please click the book now button above and select your date and time, the Wesbite will then take you to the payments page and you will be sent a confirmation to show at the Cafe on the day.

What happens on the day?

This experience is from either 9 am to 12 pm or 2pm to 5pm*. Your little one gets to be accompanied by one of our team and helps them do their duties which include feeding all the donkeys and ponies treats, helping with grooming, exercising and even mucking out the stables ( do not worry this will be kept to a minimum!) This experience also includes riding at the end which can be photographed. 

• The experience will be run from 1pm to 4pm during our winter hours

Please note that this experience involves your child working alongside a member of staff for the day. Parents are not encouraged to take part, as we want your child to gain as much from the experience as possible, however parents are more than welcome to enjoy our facilities in the Cafe. If you wish to stay on site, you are allowed onto the Farm from 10am at standard admission price.

Clothing requirements are closed toe shoes, wellies where applicable. Please ensure that your child/children are dressed suitably for their experience. Shorts in the summer/ Trousers and jacket in the colder months.
