There is some information below that may help to answer some of your questions before getting in touch, click on a question to reveal the answer.

Upon arrival (we recommend turning up at least 15/20 minutes before the start time), please go to the café and let a member of the Café staff know that you are here. They will show you to your party cabin where you can leave your belongings (i.e. cake, party bags and gifts) for the duration of your party.

Your guests will then be directed to your party cabin as and when they arrive (this is done by guestlist provided before the day). A member of our farm staff will meet you at your party cabin 5 minutes before the start time of your party to commence activities.

We take all bookings online via our website in advance, this is to ensure a smooth welcome to the park.

Our parties must start promptly at either 11am or 2pm due to other farm activities. Please ask your guests to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.

The cabin is decorated with a mural and bunting, however, you are more than welcome to add to this, although we ask you to take all added decorations away with you at the end of the party. We ask politely that no tape, pins or adhesives are used on the walls.

We kindly ask that you vacate your party cabin at the end of your allocated time slot (11-1pm parties = 1pm, and 2-4pm parties = 4pm). This is so we can prepare and clean for the afternoon or next day parties.

The parents of the birthday child come to the party free of charge. Each child attending the party (i.e. paying full amount for either farm party or pony party) can bring one parent free of charge.

If you wanted to postpone or rearrange your party please email [email protected] so we can find a suitable date for your party.

If you decide to cancel your party your payment will not be refunded.
