
Alpacas
Our Alpacas are called Sammy and Willow and were born here at Blackberry Farm Park in 2016. They have been hand reared by our staff and so they are very friendly.

Donkeys
Our Donkey is called Minnie and she lives with two miniature donkeys called Samson and Jack.

Geese
We have two varieties of Geese here at the Blackberry Farm Park pond, White Geese and Canadian Geese.

Ducks
We have four varieties of Ducks here at the Blackberry Farm Park Pond, Mandarin Ducks, Carolina Ducks, Common Shell Ducks and Mallard Ducks.

Angora Goats
Our Angora Goats are called Marley and Floella. Their fleece is called mohair and is shorn twice a year. For a long time, Angora Goats were bred for their white coats.

Pygmy Goats
Our Pygmy Goats are called Apollo and Artemis and were born in March 2019. They are quite a hardy animal and can adapt to virtually all climates. Pygmy Goats are playful, like to leap and enjoy having items to jump on.

Saanen and Toggenburg Cross Goats
Our Saanen and Toggenburg Cross Goats are white/light cream or any shade of chocolate brown in colour. Their hair tends to grow longer than other breeds.

Llamas
Our Llamas are called Cortez, Hamish, Harvey and Hugo. They are very social animals and live with other Llamas as a herd. Llamas are very intelligent and can learn simple tasks after a few repetitions.

Oxford Sandy & Black Pigs
Our Oxford Sandy & Black are called Ruby and Rose, and is a breed of domestic pig originating in Oxfordshire. Named for their colour, which is a base of sandy brown with black patches, the breed is also sometimes called the ‘Plum Pudding’ or ‘Oxford Forest Pig’

Texel Cross Sheep
Sheep are the oldest domesticated animal, bred for meat, fleece and milk. The life expectancy of a Texel Cross sheep is between 10-12 years.
